Each individual is consciousness
Shrouded by five sheaths to form as a whole:
Body, breath, senses, mind and ego.
Body is fed by food energized by breath.
Senses feel, mind chooses and ego leads.
Consciousness is the custodian
Of metabolism, heredity and breeding.
An individual is a bud grown out.
