Power of learning



Power of concentration leads towards
The power of learning, which benefits
The brain in its ability to perform.

Drop on knees and stoop forward with the head
On the floor and stay for twenty normal breaths.
The head gets supply of blood and oxygen.

Lie on your back, close the eyes and focus
Your mind on the brain with twenty normal breaths.
The brain gets activated and is energized.

Squat on the floor and gaze at an object
For ten counts and close your eyes for five counts.
Repeat many times to stimulate the brain.

Lie on your back, and deep inhale, retain
And slowly exhale, each process for eight seconds.
The whole nervous system is rejuvenated.

When you practice these, you will have addressed
Your brain with food and exercises.
The brain improves in its power of learning..
